Anaheim, Calif. - October 13, 2003 - Marquest Scientific has introduced a new Needle Valve featuring a Tri-Oval, ergonomically designed handle. The design represents the latest in Solid Works design technology, whereby multiple hand and finger positions can be overlaid, studied and implemented simultaneously. The handle employs the proven three prong, star configuration for fast open and close operation. However, fine metering can be accomplished by placing fingers on the center of the Tri-Oval geometry or using a prong of the star and the opposing Tri-Oval surface. This allows the operator to select the most effective and comfortable position to meter the flow through the valve.
